Change of Company Name

We wish to announce that, following shareholder approval at the General Meeting held on 5 April 2019, the Company name change has been processed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and the Company has changed its name from “Prana Biotechnology Limited” to “Alterity Therapeutics Limited”. We anticipate the new ticker codes ASX:ATH and Nasdaq:ATHE will be announced shortly.
